Payment for the session will be required in advance to secure your place. Bank details will be sent via email for you to transfer the payment to, or you can drop cash to the studio ahead of the session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours will not be refunded.

There are mats available for pilates and meditation session, these are limited, and it may be advisable to bring your own along with you.
